"Wow, where do I start to describe how we feel about Carrie!  We found Carrie almost 2 year ago after moving to York. My husband and I feel so fortunate to have her.  We are so comforted knowing that Peyton, our Sheltie, our son, is under Carrie's care when we leave town; plus he absolutely loves her!  Carrie has proven to us that she can, and will, go above and beyond with her services in caring for Peyton.

We have used Carrie's services on numerous occasions, however, one occasion stands out in my mind.  We were rushing around getting ready for a flight to go on vacation for a week and I realized that Peyton had an ear infection. We had just moved to York and did not have a vet yet, plus there was no time for me to get him to a vet. I called Carrie and explained the situation and she simply amazed me. She calmed me down and told me that she would not only come early to pick Peyton up, but she would also start calling around town to see which vet could get him in for a last minute appointment. We caught our flight on time and later that evening Carrie called my cell to let us know that Peyton had seen a doctor and was now on medication. She told us she would make sure to get the ear drops in his ears twice a day. I was so thankful to her, this made our vacation stress free. The trust and bond we have with Carrie cannot be replaced."

"It’s hard to find reliable and trustworthy people to not only come into your house when you’re not home, but take care of your furry loved ones.  Who Let The Dogs Out’s staff was a heaven-sent!  My dogs get walks and I get to relax knowing I can stay late at work and not come home to an accident or upset puppies.

I was working late so that I could focus on advancing my career, but I was heartbroken each day knowing that my dogs were stuck inside with no potty breaks.  Carrie and her team came to the rescue.  The accidents stopped and I got my promotion!

I don’t trust too many people with my dogs or my house key.  Knowing that Who Let the Dogs Out? had such a great reputation with giving love to pets and having trustworthy staff, I had the confidence to focus on work while they took care of my furry babies!"

"I have been using the services of Who Let the Dogs Out? since approximately March of this year.  I had previously used kennels when I went away; although the people seemed nice, I did not like the noise, often the smell, and the inconvenience with taking my dogs to a kennel. 

It was very obvious to me that Carrie cares deeply about her work and the animals she cares for.  I had a 10 month old puppy (Patch) and a 12 year old blind dog (Bullet) that Carrie first watched for me and you would have thought she knew them all their lives.  It was wonderful to come home and find daily report cards on their behavior and eating habits.  I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing that my animals were at home and comfortable in their own environment.  Carrie not only visited twice daily but she also took the time to play with the dogs.    

I recently moved and was pleased to know that I was still located within Carrie’s service area.  Although I have had solicitations from others, even in my new neighborhood, now that I have found Carrie, I am keeping her.  I recently lost my old dog for which Carrie sent me condolences but I am happy to be shortly introducing her to the newest member of the family, Sadie.  I would not want to leave her in anyone else’s care."

We have been using the services Carrie provides through her business, Who Let the Dogs Out? for about a year now.  We have been very happy with her care and dependability.  She treats our babies (3 dogs, 1 cat, 1 rat, and some aquarium fish) like her own.  We have had some unexpected issues with our pets and she has really come through for us going the extra mile to keep them safe and healthy.

Alan and I both love having you here with Jonah.  I especially appreciate your patience with him.  I know he was not easy to work with in the beginning, and sometimes still.....after having me all to himself for 3 years.  But you were very, very patient with him and didn't give up on him.....I know he did not make it easy on you.  But I definitely could not be comfortable at my job so far away, 105 miles round trip per day, if I didn't have you here with Jonah.  Not everyone would have worked with him the way you did, just to get in the front door!  He can be very intimidating!  Thank you SO much.  I know you really care about the animals you sit, that shows, and that's really important to me. I am so glad that you have helped give Dakota and Coal more pleasant days when I'm away for the day. Hi Carrie...so happy to let everyone know how pleased we have been with your service.  It’s great being able to leave home and know that our animals are being well cared for and safe.  I know they get lots of special attention and TLC and the notes let us know that you're not missing a thing (the icemaker trouble-shooting was an added benefit)!  Baylee's epilepsy makes it an extra worry when we're away, but we trust that she's in good hands and know she's always happy to see you!  When she had an accident while we were gone, even the dog blanket was laundered.  You're always going the "extra mile".  Thanks so much for everything.

I was going away for a family vacation over Thanksgiving and had no idea what I was going to do with my two dogs, as my father usually helps me care for them, but was traveling with me.  I started researching pet sitters online and called some of them with no success in feeling confident about them or getting any further than finding out they only do this as a "side job".  I then came across Carrie Trimmer's information and emailed her first, then was in contact with her.  From the moment I met Carrie, I knew I could trust her with my home and my pets.  I definitely got the impression that she was like me in feeling that my pets were like children to me.  I had no question that she was not only competent in their care, but also caring and more than qualified to keep them safe and happy while I was away - and this is a full-time occupation for her!  She is a pleasure to deal with, available when I need her (I try to give her as much notice as possible) and I am thrilled to be able to share her with my friends and family - I trust her 100% and welcome anyone entrust their animals in her care while away.  I consider Carrie a friend and highly recommend her services.

It is very comforting to know that someone loves my dog as much as me.  Carrie takes great care with our yellow lab, Molly.  Once Molly had found a plant to munch on, and Carrie was not sure what it was, so she took a leaf with her and researched it on the Internet to make sure it wasn't poisonous.  She is also very accommodating with last-minute settings. She definitely treats her four-legged clients with genuine love and concern.

I'm a proud mother of a 8 month old Boxer named Cash.  He's like my third son.  When I needed someone to let Cash out during the day, I didn't know what I was going to do until someone told me about pet sitting services.  I thought they were joking until I looked on the Internet.  The rest was history.

I found Carrie's website.  She meet with my family and meet Cash. He was so excited that he still looks at her as if it was the first time.  Cash looks forward to taking walks with Carrie everyday.

I am not sure who loves Carrie more, us or our 4 English Mastiffs.  It is not easy finding someone to come and care for 4 large dogs like we have.  Carrie was wonderful on our first meeting to introduce everyone, very calm and loving, which made me 100% comfortable with the thought of a "stranger" taking care of our babies.  The notes she leaves to report on her visits are a hoot and I look forward to reading them when I get home.  I am a "special needs" pet mother that has separation anxiety when leaving them in the care of others, so Carrie is a blessing as she does not make me feel as if I am disturbing her if I call for a report before I get home to her wonderful notes.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!  I have been able to breathe a big sigh of relief since I met Carrie of Who Let the Dogs Out?.  I don't worry anymore during the day while I'm at work wondering whether or not I will come home to several accidents.  After hiring Carrie, I have noticed a calm demeanor in my dog when I arrive home from work.
